For International Students
International students applying as a fall semester freshman or for transfer admission from an attending an American school, either in the U.S. or abroad, are eligible to be considered merit scholarships.
Freshman
Honors at Entrance Scholarship: $13,000
To be considered, applicants typically have at least a 3.7 GPA in a demanding college prep program and similarly competitive ACT or SAT scores.
No additional application is required
Presidential Scholars Scholarship: $11,000
Highly competitive award; applicants typically have at least 3.8 gpa in a demanding college prep program and similarly competitive ACT or SAT scores. Presidential Scholars also receive the Honors at Entrance Scholarship for a combined total of $24,000.
This is a competitive award and an additional application is required
Performing Arts Scholarships: $13,000
Audition-based scholarships for entering freshmen in dance, music and theatre who demonstrate noteworthy artistic talent. Students should contact the individual departments or Performing Arts Scholarship for additional details.
Lasallian Leadership Scholarship: $11,000
3.5 U.S. equivalent GPA
Attended a Christian Brothers' High School in the United States
No additional application is required
NOTE: Students may receive only one of the above scholarships with the exception of the Presidential Scholarship. The Presidential Scholarship is awarded in conjunction with the Honors at Entrance Scholarship. There are no other scholarships or financial aid programs available for international students.
To calculate a GPA, an "A" = 4, "B" = 3, "C" = 2, "D" = 1, "E" or "F" = 0. Add the points for each academic subject and divide by the number of subjects. This is a GPA.
Transfer Students
Honors at Entrance Scholarship: $11,000
3.5 US equivalent GPA
30 transferable credit units at time of admission
No additional application is required
NOTE: There are no other scholarships or financial aid offers available to international transfer students.
