The College of St. Rose, a private Catholic institution in Albany, New York, offers an International Scholarship avaliable to new international graduate students who are enrolled full-time. This merit-based award, which is open to students in all fields of study, reduces full-time tuition costs by 50 percent for two consecutive years or completion of the program, whichever comes first.
